ARC Raiders Patch Notes – Full Overview

The newest ARC Raiders update marks one of the most impactful patches the game has received so far. It delivers a sweeping mix of new systems, expanded progression, matchmaking options aimed at high-skill players, and a massive wave of fixes across gameplay, UI, audio, and performance. The goal of this update is clear:raise the skill ceiling without locking out accessibility, while making Expeditions smoother, fairer, and more rewarding across the board.

From intense PvP challenges to long-term collection projects, this patch significantly reshapes how Raiders approach both moment-to-moment combat and long-term progression.

Solo vs Squads:A High-Stakes Challenge for Veterans

One of the standout additions is Solo vs Squads, a matchmaking option built specifically for experienced players who want maximum risk and reward.

Access requirements

Available to solo Raiders at level 40 or higher

How it functions

Players can enable "Solo vs Squad" above the matchmaking button

This places solo players into the standard squad queue alone

Progression incentive

A 20% XP bonus is granted at the end of the round, regardless of whether the player extracts or is eliminated

This mode is designed to test mechanical skill, situational awareness, and decision-making under extreme pressure. Facing full squads alone dramatically increases difficulty, but the XP bonus ensures that even failed runs still contribute meaningfully to progression.

At present, the game does not notify players when Solo vs Squads unlocks at level 40. Players must manually check for the toggle once they reach the requirement.Maximize your performance with top-tier ARC Raiders Items from MMOexp—your shortcut to success.

How it works

Raiders collect ARC enemy parts during Expeditions

Parts are submitted to upgrade the Trophy Display

The display progresses through five distinct stages

Each upgrade visually enhances the display, adding new elements that showcase your achievements.

Trophy Display Rewards

Every upgrade step provides:

Blueprints

Raider Tokens

Fully completing the Trophy Display unlocks:

The Howl emote

A guitar cosmetic

300,000 Coins

Notably, this system has no expiration and is unaffected by Expedition resets, making it a permanent goal for long-term players rather than a seasonal grind.

New Augments and Quests Expand Build Options

Progression depth is further expanded with new content additions:

2 new Epic Augments

7 new Quests

These additions open up new build paths and give players more structured objectives during runs. The Epic Augments, in particular, raise the ceiling for optimized builds, increasing the value of high-quality gear. As a result, players pushing harder content may find more reasons than ever to upgrade their loadouts or consider options to cheap ARC Raiders Items when preparing for difficult encounters.

Social Features and Accessibility Improvements

Several updates focus on making team play and controls more flexible.

Open Parties

Parties can now be set to open

Friends can join seamlessly, even if you're already in a round (they'll enter the next match)

Squad Invites

Any squad member can now send invites, not just the party leader

Input and Control Enhancements

Mouse smoothing options added

Full gamepad button rebinding implemented

Aim assist behavior standardized across different frame rates

These changes make coordination easier and controls more consistent across setups.

Enemy Behavior and AI Refinements

Enemy interactions have been tuned to improve clarity, fairness, and predictability:

ARC units navigate terrain more reliably

Leapers move more naturally after losing legs

Shredder corpses now correctly appear as lootable

Snitches stop producing sound after destruction and no longer cancel alerts incorrectly

Spotters no longer chase players indoors

Tick enemies now allow a brief dodge-roll window to remove them

Overall, these adjustments make encounters feel more readable without reducing challenge.

Map Adjustments and Loot Tuning

Loot balance and map flow have received broad attention across all locations.

Global Changes

Reduced blueprint container spawns in certain scenarios

Increased odds of high-tier weapons from weapon cases

Adjusted drop rates for Matriarch and Queen unique parts

Fixed numerous containers that previously couldn't be interacted with

Notable Map Updates

Dam Battlegrounds

Collision fixes

Removal of common stuck locations

Buried City

Invisible walls removed

Musical puzzle retired

Spaceport

Floating objects fixed

ARC spawn behavior adjusted

Stella Montis

Seed Vault extraction bug resolved

Improved lighting during Night Raid

Over 40 stuck spots removed

Loot distribution rebalanced

UI, Audio, and Performance Polish

The patch includes extensive stability and presentation improvements:

Restored missing emote voice lines

Improved voice chat reliability

Added matchmaking delay options to reduce stream-sniping

Fixed incorrect inventory value displays

Improved codex visibility

Resolved multiple crash scenarios

Movement bugs tied to ladders, crouching, and network interruptions have also been addressed.

This update represents a major leap forward for ARC Raiders. With Solo vs Squads pushing PvP intensity, Trophy Display offering lasting progression, expanded build options through augments and quests, and hundreds of fixes improving stability and fairness, the game is in its strongest state yet.
